Refund policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Written in plain language by a small operator. This page is not legal advice; for advice about your own situation, ask a lawyer. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Which terms apply

Each paid product states its refund terms on its own page, next to the buy button. For a pre-order, those are the pre-order terms shown there. They apply to that product.

Because purchases are sold through Link, Link's refund policy also applies. Where it is more generous than the product's terms, it wins. Under it, within 60 days of the purchase, you can ask Link for a refund if you did not receive the product, if it arrived damaged or corrupted, or if the payment was not authorized or was charged twice. It does not cover a change of mind.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email (not filled in yet) with the email address you paid with and the order number from your receipt.
  2. Say what went wrong. We answer by email.

Payments are handled by Link, a Stripe service, as merchant of record, so you can also ask Link support.

How a refund is paid

A refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Link, including any sales tax or VAT you paid. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider.
