Who we are
sfix-it.com and the tool sites on its subdomains (such as ai-disclosure.sfix-it.com) are run by (not filled in yet) ("we"). Contact: (not filled in yet).
What we sell
Small software tools, delivered online. Each tool's page says what it does, what is free, what is paid, the price, what you get and when. That description is part of these terms for that product.
Payment
Paid orders go through Stripe Managed Payments. Link, a Stripe service, is the merchant of
record: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Your
card statement shows LINK.COM* SFIX-IT.COM. The payment terms shown at checkout also apply.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is paid now for a version that is not finished yet. The tool's page says what the pre-order includes, when it is expected, and what happens if it does not ship. The refund policy explains how to ask for your money back.
Free tools
Free tools and snippets are provided as they are, without a warranty. Try them on your own site before you rely on them.
Tools that deal with laws
Some tools help with legal duties, such as telling people they are talking to an AI. They are building blocks, not legal advice, and using one does not by itself make your service comply with any law.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. An order is covered by the terms that applied when you placed it.
